As Senior Creative Strategist on this project, our team worked closely with the Amazon creative team to create a voice-controlled interactive experience designed to emulate the Amazon Echo experience as closely as possible within our ad unit. This interactive unit appeared on premium publisher networks, inviting users to interact with the ad one time in place of a normal commercial break.

Using voice-activated prompts, the user can speak various phrases within the experience to activate a corresponding video that showcases a relevant capability of Amazon Echo, before ultimately suggesting an Echo product.

The Amazon team shot original footage for this experience, allowing us to create two units—one for the living room, and one for the kitchen.

This campaign won two OMMA Awards, one IAC Award, and was a Digiday finalist as well as a two-time Festival of Media Finalist.
